Málaga, Spain: June, 2015

Placement Test:

This test should take approximately one hour and includes a written section, oral comprehension section and mini essay section. Please encourage students not to guess the answers to questions they don’t understand, as the assessment is meant to show us what material students have mastered. Students can complete this test either at school, or at home.

**It is very important that you do not hit the back button while  taking the online test. If you do, your previous answers will be deleted.

110 Day Deadline: February 28th, 2015

A few things that must be done by 110 days prior to departure:

1. Names & Birthdates –All names (including yours) must appear in our system exactly as they appear on passports.  This includes first, middle and last names.
  • If the participant’s name does not match exactly, then he/she may be denied boarding at the airport.
  • Each participant’s birthdate must also appear in our system exactly as it is listed on their passport. There will be a minimum $200 fee for people to change this after 110 days prior to departure. Please have participants verify that their name is in the system correctly and have them change it if necessary.  This is the participant’s responsibility.  

2. Balances – If travelers are not on the monthly payment plan or haven’t set up an alternative payment plan with Customer Service, their balance must be paid in full by 110 days prior to departure.

3. Stay Ahead/Stay Behind - If any individual plans to do a stay-ahead or stay-behind, they must enroll on that by 110 days prior to departure.

4. Passports - Every participant needs a valid passport to travel. 
  • Passports must be valid for 6 months after the tour returns.
  • Passport books are required; passport cards do NOT work for any of our destinations.

 5. Rooming - We need to make a list of 3 or 4 students of each gender per room so start thinking about who you would like to be grouped with.
